Import - forwarding agent / various
Prerequisites
Completed training in this profession (retrainees are also welcome)
Forwarding experience in the export or import sector
Good knowledge of seaport forwarding and customs regulations
Good written and spoken English
Ability to work independently and responsibly
Willingness to perform, ability to work under pressure and team spirit
Your tasks
Handling of incoming sea freight shipments FCL/LCL
Processing of incoming air freight shipments via all German airports
Customs import clearance of shipments
Organisation of transports
Preparation of quotations for importers and overseas agents
Communication with agents worldwide
Customer contact by telephone and in writing, including invoicing of orders
Export - Freight forwarding clerk / div.
Prerequisites
Completed training in this profession (retrainees are also welcome)
Forwarding experience in the export or import sector

Your tasks
Handling of LCL/FCL and break bulk sea freight shipments
Handling of air freight shipments via domestic and foreign partners
Pre-carriage planning and handling from all over Europe
Customs clearance of shipments
Preparation of documents in line with letters of credit
Purchasing freight rates from shipping companies, truckers and lorry operators
Preparation of quotations for exporters and overseas agents
Communication with worldwide agents and partners
